CK East had its early beginnings as CK East Enterprise in 2004. After restructuring, the company re-emerged as CK East Construction Sdn Bhd with the expansion of its business operations into construction-related projects.
The group has come a long way from its first major project that involved earthworks and infrastructure development for 2470 units of condominiums in the Setapak suburb of Kuala Lumpur. CK East completed the tasks successfully in just fifteen months and has not looked back since. Today, the Group operates through two principal subsidiary companies, CK East Construction Sdn Bhd and CK East Development Sdn Bhd.

Pioneer Project – Anjung Melati
In 2008, CK East Development Sdn Bhd embarked on its first project, Anjung Melati. A total of 29 exquisitely-designed bungalows in 3 designs, namely Melati Emerald, Melati Diamond and Melati Super Diamond were offered for sale.
This project is a joint development with Expert Project Development Sdn Bhd. The first phase of work commenced in August 2008 and was completed in August 2011. The second phase is expected to be completed in December 2012.
Latest project - East Utama
Recently launched, East Utama offers 3 storey terrace houses featuring 18 exclusive high end residential units in Kayu Ara. The proud owners will be able to enjoy an urban oasis of landscaped grounds offering privacy and security.
Not surprisingly, 80% of the units were sold within one month of launch.
The project commenced in April 2011 and is estimated to be completed in December 2013.

CK East Construction Sdn Bhd has been awarded more than RM160 million worth of projects within 5 years of its establishment. It has vast experience in building construction, renovation, upgrading works for bungalows, show units and retail outlets. Its projects include those in infrastructure and civil engineering.
